In these 15 chapters, Hobbs explores and walks the audience through the journey of pre, intra, and post job selection timeline. Written in a first person narrative with a coaching voice, splashes of personal examples of positive and negative experiences are found throughout the chapters. Some even include interactive steps for the reader to participate in on brainstorming ideas of their future. The content covers materials that include: job selection and applications, resumes, interviews, networking, successful futures, creating and sustaining a personal brand, and more.
